Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. The standard delivery time of La Poste is added to this period.

Shipping fees include the costs of preparation and packaging as well as postage costs.

We recommend consolidating all your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each.

For heavy items (for example, a book), please contact me for the exact shipping cost.

Special care is taken with parcels containing fragile or heavy products, which are oversized and protected.

Delivery is free for purchases over €100.

Returning Your Package

You have a 15-day period after receiving your package to return the item in its original packaging. We will proceed with a refund; we do not do exchanges. The cost of returning will be included in the refund.

Return Conditions

The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and returned in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt - "the postmark being proof". Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded.

Refund

Satisfied or refunded.

If upon receiving your order, it is not to your liking, you may return it. Once the complete order is returned in its original purchase condition, we will proceed with a full refund of your purchase as well as the shipping and reshipping costs. The refund will be made, either by bank transfer or via PayPal to the account used in the customer's name, after receiving the product and within a maximum period of 10 days.

A credit note can be issued, upon request, instead of a refund.
